If you've purchased much classic literature on Amazon, you've likely seen this before: sellers trying to make a quick buck by running a cheap print of something in the public domain. I used to find these tempting because the prices are so low, but if you're reading to understand the material and not just to have read it they will always let you down. Just my two cents, but you're invariably better off going for the nearest equivalent published by Penguin/Oxford/Hackett/etc.. The print quality, modern translation (translations really do keep getting better as scholarship advances), and often indispensable commentary will fully justify the higher price tag. And with dialogues this good, you'll want a worthy copy on your shelf so you can come back to it again and again.
Note that I have not purchased this edition (though I have read these dialogues elsewhere). I know it's tacky to review a product without purchasing, but a) perusing the free sample made it painfully obvious what sort of edition this is, and b) no other reviews had really dug into that, so I felt like someone had to point it out.
